I think Lycoris can be an option. I have never used it. But read quite a
few reviews about it. I read one on http://www.modemnet.net today and seems
like a good distribution that can be added to the CD. Here is the URL
http://www.modemnet.net/articles/reviews/08242002-001.php
It looks like Lycoris is a solid, easy-to-use Linux desktop solution for
the Windows users.

I have purchased a copy from their web site today. It should arrive in a
few days. I can burn several copies and mail to you guys. Unfortunately I
am very much tied up with two jobs and can't attend any of the meetings.

By the way, I have implemented Red Hat 7.3 with Ximian in a lab that is
mostly used by novice users. So far the users have reacted very positively
to it. I asked them about their opinion on their new desktop. They had no
complaints and they were quite happy with it. The lab computers are mostly
used for simple word processing, multimedia and, to access the Internet. I
have had Red Hat on the lab machines for over a month.

Red Hat with Ximian is a very good combination. I like it particularly
because of the Red Carpet feature. But the Ximian desktop is not as eye
candy as Windows XP. And users want something colorful. Lycoris screen
shots look very nice and attractive which is a key selling point in
attracting new users.
