yes yes yes. freebsd is easier to figure out, and for some odd reason it 
works on the first go around.  Yeah you do have to know how to configure 
some bootup files, login files, etc.. to get sound working, and others. 
 I donno, the day a linux kernel can compiled, and booted in under 1 
min, i'll give it a shot again. ( yes you CAN compile/boot freebsd's 
kerenel in under a min, we just did it in 59.4 seconds. AMD dual AMD 
2000MP )
