That would be with compatible hardware ofcourse.

No sure how important this is. I am not familiar with BSD but I did try
to install it once, the set up is somewhat similar to Slackware but that
is all I know. Well, it did work just fine but I could not get X going.
Anyway, why is it important to have a faster compile time? If you ask
me, all that really means is that there is less error checking,
dependency etc; therefore, eventually with catch on.
