Are you using the NVIDIA binary drivers? You should have a different experience with those (for better or worse). Head to http://www.nvidia.com and download their unified installer, which will then download and install the correct driver and kernel modules.=20 As far as disk imaging, I find mondo to work really well in most cases (I have had troubles with dealing with RAIDs, however). Mondo Rescue has an irc channel on irc.freenode.net, channel #mondo, same network as #brlug. The developer is usually there, though IIRC, he's on vacation right now.=20

WRT mondo/mindi, I th= ink I am real close to having it work, but the problem may lie with the f= act that the package that I have is for 9.0 rather than 9.1. When I boot = from the CD that I made from the ISO I get an error message with somethin= g about "no media type specified" or something similar then it errors out= , makes a log file and takes me to the command prompt. I tried:=20 cd /usr/share/mondo=20 but I get:=20 command not found=20 I am going to send the log file to the developer. I will also try the IRC= channel. I've been hanging out on the Xandros channel on that server a g= ood bit lately.
