Well, the other way to look at it is... Just how much Posix-compliant code and unix binary compatability was still in Windows, and if there, how vuilnerable would Microsoft be?
Instead of perusing some 50 million lines of code (and paying the man-hours for it), why not just reach in your smallest account at your smallest bank and pay SCO to avoid litigation?
