Once you get it up, you are looking for the .LDF and .MDF files and you
would need to bring up a new sql server and do an sp_attach_db when you
get them. Its really easy actually once you have the files, assuming
they aren't corrupted. If they are, good luck.

If this drive contains your customer's livelihood, I wouldn't chance 
trying to spin the drive again. If the drive has been through trauma 
then it's probably best to leave it to the experts. If you try spinning 
it again it can cause more physical damage to the platters.
