Cool, Ed.  ON the hardware, I recommend AGAINST the Hauppauge 
350.  Go with the 250 or even the 150.  On the SageTV boards, folks 
have had problems getting two 350's in the same machine to play 
together nicely.  I have three 250's in my HTPC (SageTV-based).  You
