More craziness.

I found a link for a/the .zip file
http://www.jsoftware.com/download/j807/install/j807_mac64.zip
and downloaded it.
But when I unzip the download, my release is slightly different from Bob's
as you can see below from the JHS session which was the only version of J
that was not damaged according to my Mac. Notice Bob's is Release-b and
mine is Release-a.

 J Http Server
   JVERSION
Engine: j807/j64/darwin
Release-a: commercial/2019-01-11T11:43:43
Library: 8.07.22
Platform: Darwin 64
Installer: J807 install
InstallPath: /users/brian/j64-807
Contact: www.jsoftware.com
   NB. Bob's release is different: Release-b: commercial/2019-01-22T16:42:49
AND trying to launch jconsole directly I continue to get the message that
jconsole is damaged and should be moved to the Trash.

Please read on!

Does it make sense that JHS works without jconsole since I get the
following result which implies some version of jconsole IS working?

With JHS *****STILL***** already running, I tried to launch it AGAIN and
get the following result which although flawed definitely suggest jconsole
IS working.

What is happening here? Please help.
