Dear Bjarke,

Unfortunately, state of FOSS and other developing not good in Iran,
developer of Parsix migrated to usa and have lived there.FOSS programmer
migrated or want migarate to usa,Europe and other countries.Developers
are lived in iran , mostly code under windows and present a solution
under window!!!!
Unfortunately, UNIX programmers are infrequent, Because request isn't
exist.

One of more reason of using of win is lack of software law, patent law,
and so on.LUGs, universities, and UNIXers must advertis freesoftware
culture.
