On community and activities:
In Sweden there are couple of LUGs, but non of them have een 10% of
activities TehLUG have!

On Migrated people:
And about migrated people, it's quite intresting after they migrated,
they commiting more code, Parsix GNU/Linux is not dead, it's publishing
routinely.

on Windows:
And I don't know about whole world, but in Scandinavia, Windows rules.
Most of the big companies using Windows due to partnership with
HP/Dell/IBM. And IT consulting companies like Logica ATEA, Capgemini,
they all suggesting Microsoft based solutions.

So not using FOSS or Linux or FreeSoftwares for business, it's not
dedicated to Iran.
I have no practical statistics, but as far as I talk with different
companies here in Scandinavia, there are many people who never used *NIX
unless some point in the University.

Totaly agreed, but here even with software laws, business owners, choose
windows, based on what I just mentioned about consultants.

cheers
