Why is the Tizen App Challenge limited only to residents of 22 countries (listed at section 4 of the official rules)? According to these rules developer from most of the European countries cannot take part in the challenge. A lot of countries from the European Union are missing from the list.
In my opinion the Tizen App Challenge is an excellent opportunity to promote the platform and to attract both mobile and web developers. I am afraid that the country limitation will discourage a lot of European developers and they will not submit their apps to Tizen Store.
