Brian, could please provide some details regarding the legitimate
obstacles because of which the several countries from EU have been left
out of the list?
As an alternative option are individuals (or companies) allowed to act
like global publisher for the competition? For example if the developer
publishes an app to Tizen Store but someone else to submit his app to
the competition on his behalf.
