ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES:. AUSTRALIA, BELGIUM, CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), CHINA,
FRANCE, GERMANY, HONG KONG, INDIA, JAPAN, KOREA, NEW ZEALAND, PHILIPPINES,
POLAND, ROMANIA, RUSSIA,  SINGAPORE, SLOVAKIA, THAILAND, UNITED KINGDOM,
UKRAINE, UNITED STATES, AND VIETNAM. THIS CHALLENGE IS VOID TO RESIDENTS OF
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES AND WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING
OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

say goodbye to all other countries and developers. Especially, while trying
to grow community and ecosystem for Tizen!
