Hi Brian, Bulgaria is an European Union country, Turkey is also candidate. For example, these 2 countries integrated most of EU laws into their local systems.
I thought maybe lawyers sees some legal issues about these countries but I know there are lots of International contest has been done here. If there is any possibility to change this rule, I will find you a lawyer in Turkey to contact your lawyers and they may try to find a way for it.
