Let me put it this way: if IoT is not an integral part of Tizen Common
right from the start, we're shooting ourselves in the foot:
"Tizen 3.0 Common is a common development / build / test platform for any
upcoming features that may be needed by mobile, IVI, wearables, and other
profiles."
