With all due respect, I don't think I agree with you. The specifications of Tizen profiles related to IoT should depend on the different use cases. For example, in certain cases gadgets may require headless Tizen (aka Tizen profile without any UI).
In my opinion Tizen:Common is not a profile which is suppoused to fit all use cases. As far as I know it should be used as a base profile which should be easily extended by new profiles depending on the technical requirements of each specific case.
