We don't use cable modems in the UK yet, but from what I've seen, they
all seem to use DHCP to obtain an IP address. Now, if this is the
case with your provider, you'll find that you won't be able to connect
with Genesis, as it currently does not support DHCP.
I hate to say it, but have a go with Miami DX instead. As I've got an
idea that this supports DHCP.
