Either one of us is now badly disinformed and disinforming.. Vapor is not
Active Technologies - there has _never_ been a Vapor Genesis AFAIK.. It was
Active Tech who owned the copyrights, as the documents very clearly state, and
Vapor has only kindly offered some support to the Genesis package, in form of
this mailing list and some co-marketing operations.

I've never heard anything about Vapor having any kind of problems in any
legalities.

Happily and happily.. And didn't it turn out that the whole AmiTCP lisence not
a transferrable one - so the whole H&P deal wasn't actually legal at all..? ;)
And therefore there'll be yet another - third! - TCP/IP stack in the next
AmigaOS release..

Better karma? Well, if that version breaks the rights of the AmiTCP
programmers, I'd certainly say not - at least the Active Tech one was a legal
one..
