Some of the persons i have talked to that moaned about MUI used
800*600 jpeg images as bg in all the windows etc, and we all know how
fast datatypes are..
Have a word with em, and you'll always notice some funny arguments
form their side...
Maybe it was the fact that you had to actually register it if you wanted use
it fully.
I heard things like "I already paid for the (active) programs, why should I
have to pay for the GUI?"
The fact that it was perfectly useable in unregistered form was apparently
not enough.
People are strange when it comes to shareware.
I have customers who have paid 16000UKP for a colour copier/scanner/printer
and RIP,300UKP for Photoshop just so that they can scan from it,and after 12
months, still haven`t paid for the (20UKP) shareware LPR utility for win95,
without which they wouldn`t be able to print over IP :(
