        src/hg/makeDb/trackDb/human/encodeRikenCageMappedTagsScore.html
is an out of date version.  It was updated in January of 2009.

If you have been updating your source tree with a 'cvs update'
please try using the -A argument with that update to remove
any "sticky" tags.
