Thanks for your reply. Because I am not familiar with perl, there is any user manual for how to use the source tree to convert my bedgraph file into bigWig file.
I don't understand, I have build the source tree, why I should continue build the source tree. After I build the source tree, can I use the bedGraphToBigWig command? I am so sorry to interrupt you.
