It seems the system can't find this command.
However, the download bedGraphToBigWig is in this file.

That is why I don't understand why it can't run?

./bedGraphToBigWig

$: command not found
jingjing@ubuntu:/var/lib/gbrowse2/databases/arabidopsis$ $ ldd
./bedGraphToBigWig

$: command not found

jingjing@ubuntu:/var/lib/gbrowse2/databases/arabidopsis$ ls
all1.gff3                    bedGraphToBigWig    minus_all.txt
all.gff3                     bigWigToWig         minus_bedgraph.bedGraph
arabidopsis_all.fa           chrom.sizes         plus_all.txt
arabidopsis_all.gff3         fetchChromSizes     plus_bedgraph.bedGraph
