Sorry it's not going to happen. We can't just go ahead asking all the
projects for a list of active/inactive people every couple of months
or so. This does not scale, and we do not want to become annoying to
other developers. Like I said, if a project is completely dead someone
will notice. If you have found such a project, and you talked to them,
and they refuce to fix it, then taking this to the Council is the
right way to solve this problem.
If the project has a few inactive people then the team or the lead can
sort this out themselves.
