No.. I used the installation instructions word for word, step by step.. ready it over many times.. Try actually addressing the specific issues I gave.. Look at those packages and you will discover that they are truelly missing the files I am talking about. Are you suggesting they are somewhere else? Then the manual is wrong. I am not offended by aggressiveness..as I myself am obviously frustrated with this..but your comment is not suggestive of any particular wrong doing. It's vague and therefore meaningless to say simply that I must have "did a wrong procedure in the Gentoo's install".
