Try this, for the Right Alt key to get you into the level 3 stuff (á, ë, etc) Option "XkbOptions" "lv3:ralt_switch" If you want the various keys that can be put there instead of ralt_switch, run this: grep xkb_sym /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/level3 Thanks, Donnie
