You could try saving your contours as DXF and then using a program called DXF2XYZ that's available on the website www.guthcad.com.au

How would I go about creating a database of the actual X and Y coordinates of a contour?  The contour gx will give me a visual display of that contour, but how would I go about extracting the X�s and Y�s from the data?
