WRT one part of your subject, James has been invited directly but has
not responded yet. *I* will be there, and while I would not presume
to speak *for* Geotools, I can certainly speak knowledgeably *about*
it. It is possible to add a GeoTools representative other than me,
we just need to have one. I am hoping James will yet be able to come.
