GML Charter proposal about illegal activities

Proposal for discussion  --

GML Charter should forbid promoting illegal activities.

That would include selling drugs through GML.  It also would include
telling people how to illegally ship gerbils.  Extra penalties for telling
them that they SHOULD illegally ship gerbils.

Open for discussion to find a consensus.
