The usage rules for all Rice University computer services can be found

This page includes the following prohibition:
"Violating any laws or participating in the commission or furtherance of
any crime or other unlawful or improper purpose."
I will definitely make reference to this and one or two other
prohibitions in the Rice AUP. Especially the one about copyright.
Of course any amendments to the charter are subject to the consent of
the usership of this list.
