I believe the rules of listserv's running through Rice University
already prohibit discussion of or encouragement of illegal activities.
I know this because way back when, I had a couple of African zebra mice,
which were illegal in Colorado, and when I mentioned that on the list,
Shelly told us that was a big no-no.
Not that we're exactly a monitored list now, however.
