Frozen gerbils for sale in Florida!

I had occasion to visit Gerbils Community at NGS. On 2-24 a girl from England
was very angry about a site here in the USA, that she said was selling
gerbils as food. I couldn't believe it, but I went to the address and there
it was! Since they ship them frozen, I doubt their buyers are looking for a
new pet. It is called the Rodent Ranch, is in Florida and the site's address
is http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plains/1475/
I thought it was illegal to sell gerbils as food. Does anyone know anything
about this? Is there any agency that this horror can be reported to?
