Which is why we have statutes to enforce safe and humane transportation of
livestock! Isn't that amazing?

Around here, the cattle do have a pretty decent life. They're pretty much
all free-range.

I've been to quite a few livestock auctions as my husband and I are
setting up a small, family ranch. The animals mostly get tapped with a
stick-like thing to get them to move. But, guess what? That's how
they're TRAINED to move, and they're certainly not abused.
