If you have a room that you can gerbil proof, put her
on the floor with another lone gerbil of the same
size. They will find each other and decide to be
friends or not. I recall reading post's of escaped
lone gerbils pairing up on the GML. Perhaps, this
method of pairing gerbils can work provided you take
necessary precautions to gerbil proof the room.
Another idea is to give her to someone with many
gerbils and is willing to try split caging.
A tank with a deep layer is better because gerbils
love to dig.
