I am still not sure under what conditions Linus would accept KGI.  I
mean does he have to take it ASIS or can he make a laundry list of requirements
and have KGI make the neccessary changes? 

I say this because after reading the kernel mailing list I get the idea that
Linus has very specific ideas about what he likes and doesn't like in the
kernel.
