There are quite some terms negotiable, but not the main goals of KGI: portable
graphics drivers, possibility of high security and high performance
implementations,
independence of the windowing system.
As far as I have understood Linus, he wants everything 'for Linu X only',
and this is contradictonary to some goals of KGI.
