Just a list of requirements what is so bad about it would be something a
civilized discussion could start on. So far I have only heard that he would not
accept it, but no acceptable reasons why. This requires he has a look at it,
but I doubt he will given that DRI seems to fit his 'needs'.

I hope he is, but this seems to have a certain shift in time...
