It works under kernel 2.4.5, but not under 2.2.19.

I ask this because under X the vertcal refresh rate is almost 100 Hz,
under fbdev only nearly 60 Hz. So I have to figure out, how to configure
a framebuffer mode with 1024x768x16 at 100 Hz.
