I once wrote a utility named judge that guesses the quality of the image
(not the quality which it was saved at, but the lowest quality it was ever
saved).  I know quite good how difficult it is. I also know that it is
simply impossible, and second-guessing something that is _very_ unreliable
at best does not make much sense to me.
