Sorry then. By the way, ImageMagick is a very capable software for image resizing. More capable then GIMP I beleive. It has 16 bit color depth by default (and can do even floating point) and a number of high quality computation algoritms for resampling images to choose from. Sometimes it's faster to type some command line, than finding the way through the GUI. And I do use GIMP either.
