Review Comment:
   What was the reason of copying `isSchemaSupported` and `isTypeSupported` 
here?
   It looks they are still used only in `CometSparkSessionExtensions.scala`, so 
that we can keep using the original one?
   Also there is another copy in `CometScanExec.scala`
