Back in ghc-6.4.1, there was indeed a double-click installer packager for
MacOS, prepared by Wolfgang Thaller. It is a shame that this install
method is absent in more recent versions. However, I'm afraid that, no
matter how ghc is packaged, you really will need to install gcc yourself.
Apple supply a nice double-clicky installer for that themselves, on the
DVD that came with your Mac.
