It would be really great to have a simple OS X installer (whether it
includes gcc, like the Windows one, or not), especially one which could be
created automatically by a nightly builder. But the Simons and I are not
OS X experts, so we'd love it if one of the OS X users could put such an
installer-generator together (much like Neil recently did for the Windows
installer)!
I'm sure many people would be very grateful to someone willing to take up
the challenge! And we could certainly help with any difficulties on the
GHC side.
