They certianly get an F for effort as far as I am concerned.
I ordered 2 pair for my husband on October 10th. One pair was bi-
focal, 1 pair single vision.
We were leaving on a trip on Nov.3, and this should have been plenty
of time to recieve them. Well, they didn't come, so after 3 weeks, I
started calling. A lot of the time, there was no answer, and when
they did, I would be promised they would be mailed that day or the
next. They never were, and eventually they promised to send by
priority mail. I was told that the bifocals would be re-ordered, and
1 the single vision pair would be shipped. This was in early
December. Finally after after getting nothing, but the runaround, I
filed a dispute with my credit card company, on Dec. 10 (2 months
after ordering). 5 days later, I got e-mail from Zenni they had
shipped, a package. It arrived about the 20th, and because I was gone
(out of the country), it has to forwarded to a friend, is coming where
I am now (to visit) who can hand deliver it to me. Thus far the
forwarded package has not been delivered to them, so as of December
26th, I am still waiting. I don't know if or when I will get it, and
whether 1 or 2 pair have been sent. For me, it's still not resolved.
