I've ordered over 15 pairs of glasses from them and have always gotten a reply to e-mails quickly and was always able to get someone on the phone. For 4 days now they don't pick up the phone and their mailbox has been full. I've tried calling all hours of the day. They also don't respond to e-mails and their new site never went up.
Me thinks this company isn't long for this world.
