I had the same experience but finally got through today....I was told that they can only have 10 people on a hold at a time - and if more than 10, you get into their full inbox Customer service SUCKS at zennioptical-----Day # 32 post ordering with nothing to show, nor any response from this company so far...will NEVER ever order again!
