I tried to call Zenni yesterday morning, when I first heard about this whole
thing.  The phone system seems to have been modestly upgraded from what I
remember last time...but I never got through to a person, and the mailbox
was full.

Of course, their mailbox is often full, so that doesn't mean anything.  But,
I called at 9am pacific, and usually get through at that time.

I certainly hope Zenni doesn't go out of business...they have provided me
some great service!
