That's weird. Something I noticed but hadn't thought about before: I didn't get a confirmation email when I ordered two new pairs of glasses on the 19th. I've gotten confirmation emails from them before when I've ordered. I know the order got through because it went to the confirmation page - I've got my order number and everything. Hope I get the glasses - I haven't gotten a ship notification yet and it's been quite a while. I should try to call them.
