Hi all ! Like many of you, I too discovered the great advatages of ordering glasses online. Cheerfully and carefully, I chose the vendor (O4L), and made the ordered.
It's been a full month since I've order them, and I still wait. I've sent an inquiry regarding the matter through their ticket system, and been informed that it's probably a customs issue that should resolve in 3-4 weeks. I understand that such things can happen (they also warn you about it in the order form). But the 3-4 weeks limit is due to expire soon, and I am afraid I'll still be waiting... Has anyone had any similar issues? Just to set things straight: Order been made on Dec-22. Glasses shipped on Dec-27. Paid through PayPal ($135.9 USD).
