Since I had used my 'one free replacement' with EBD already and they
weren't going to let me return these, I went ahead and destroyed the
frames to pop out the lenses.

(BTW, the frames seems pretty sturdy!)

So, once I had the lenses out I noticed that if I move them closer
together than they are in the frame, the issue goes away. Is that an
indication of anything? Perhaps my PD was way too wide? Seems like
what I had measured repeatedly at 60 is maybe a 54 or so based on the
distance I had to move it.
