I planned to order a couple pairs of new glasses for a really long time and finally decided on two pairs from LBW. Such a bad choice! One pair is unwearable due to being totally uncomfortable, which is my fault because I didn't notice from the pictures that they have a completely bizarre design (http://www.lbwoptical.com/index.php? mod=product&pid=211 - they're straight across the nose, no curve to fit so they just perch on the plastic corner edge right at the top of my nose. So uncomfortable! Who would design/wear a pair of glasses like this?!??)
The other pair's frame was twisted and I was instructed to return them to LBW for replacement. This was several weeks ago and I haven't received the replacement pair yet. I recently emailed for a status update and haven't received a response yet. Returning them also annoyed me because they didn't include clear instructions on how/where to return and I had to pay to send them back. So.. I ended up with a pair I can only wear for about 6 minutes at a time and a pair which are no longer in my posession. Overall not a very great experience so far.
